Bu ihalelere 17 varlık yönetim şirketi katılmıştır. İhale sonuçlarının kesinleşmesi ihaleyi açan banka Yönetim Kurulu'nun onayına bağlı olup, onay sonrası sözleşmenin imza süreci ve satışa konu alacakların devir işlemleri başlatılacaktır. Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız.In the non-performing loans sale conducted on August 29th, 2024 by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş., our company successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 2 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of 789,3 million TL out of 3portfolios put up for sale. 17 asset management companies joined the tender processes. It is important to note that the finalization of the tender results is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the bank. Once the approval is obtained, the subsequent phases, including contract execution and the transfer of the loans associated with the sale process, will commence accordingly.This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
